My new favorite BMW shop. I had a persistent steering wheel shake on my 2006 Z4m and they were able to figure it out quickly. I especially liked that they showed me the issue while it was on the rack. The technician was very knowledgeable and seemed well versed on the car. The repair cost was definitely reasonable for the work done. Thanks BMS for the great service!

From the ease of scheduling the appointment online with a follow-up call from them after to confirm to them providing a complimentary Lyft ride for me home, a complimentary multi-point inspection, free air fresheners and in and out same day with frequent check-ins via text throughout the day! Excellent service and very honest staff! My volkswagon was making a slight sound so I dropped it off. They spent a few hours checking to see if anything was wrong with it. They didn't find anything nor did they charge me for their time. Really kind people. I'll definitely be bringing my cat here for any service needed. Highly recommend this place 👌
