Very honest and professional. I had a coolant level going down and had to top off twice. Took it for checkup and after doing tests gave honest opinion that nothing is wrong its probably because of weather change. I would definitely recommend everyone to please give them the opportunity for all your bmw repairs

WARNING! Thieves and liars. Do NOT trust this BMW shop. I had several issues with the very short time I dealt with them. He repeated another shop's bad behavior. This was the second time that my car was set to completely overheat in the future only to have to tow it in and could not drive. I asked for an oil change and came back with a $500 charge to change it because there was a stripped bolt and that i needed a new oil pan. When i had my oil changed recently, the bolt was not stripped and was changed with ease. I also paid him to fix my coolant error and the next day i had the same message. Check Coolant! He said that the flush would also cost me $500. Do you see the pattern here?? I left without getting my oil changed and when i did bring it back, i was told it would take a few minutes to check. 45 minutes later, he had the balls to tell me that my oil cap was missing and they cleaned up all the oil off the engine. I asked how the cap could be missing if I'm the only one who owned the keys. He was last to mess with my oil and couldn't and didn't take responsibility for his grave misconduct and negligence. He stated i don't know how that happened and then proceeded to do me a HUGE favor by putting an extra cap on at no charge?!?! Crooked and irresponsible BMW Shop. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

WARNING!! The last two visits have been a complete nightmare. Alex is a liar and a thief! I wanted an oil change and he told me it would be $500 due to a stripped bolt on the oil pan. I had my oil changed without any complications from another honest establishment. I was also charged $1500 for something that cost next to nothing. He also did the very exact thing that a previous BMW shop did to me a few years earlier. Set the engine to overheat in the future so that i would have to tow my car in and told not to drive it. HUGE SCAM!!! Same exact experience. The most recent appointment I dealt with was the oil change. When he decided to charge me $500 for a simple oil change, i declined the work. I brought the car back to check the coolant because after i had this checked and fixed, i was still getting the same computer error message. When i brought it back, i thought it would be a fairly quick resolution, at least that is what i was told. 45 minutes later, Alex proceeded to tell me the oil cap was missing and they had to clean the oil and somehow he miraculously had a free spare oil cap. I asked him how that could of happened when I was the only one that had keys to my vehicle. He couldn't even and failed to take responsibility for his misconduct and negligence. He turned it around as though he did me a HUGE favor?!?! I've been screwed by many BMW shops in the past so i can smell them from a mile away. AGAIN..liar and thief. He is not to be trusted!!! Unbelievable piss poor behavior!!!!!!!!!!!

Phillip, Robert and the team at Bimmer Motor Specialists are truly special. Very simply, they treat you like family. Their work is outstanding, their quotes are fair, honest and accurate. I have been a very satisfied customer for 10+ years and will not take my BMWs anywhere else!!

This is the only shop I will ever use for service on my BMW . I recently had a strange noise from under my car while driving. I took my vehicle to BMS and they called me later to say they had discovered the issue, and completed the repair( a loose engine cover) They also texted to tell me my car was ready, and at NO CHARGE. This is not something any other repair shop has ever done! Please believe me if you need service or repair on your BMW, this is the ONLY place to go.

I had a very good experience at BMS. This was my first time visiting someone other than the dealer for maintenance work on my Mercedes, and I was little hesitant. However, they made the process very easy, and left me with great impression. They were honest about their work and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to upsell or used scary tactics to get unnecessary repair done. Their cost was fraction of what I would have paid the dealer. And best of all, they provided an uber service to my work place so I didn't have to sit and wait there. I got my car back by when they promised. They have earned my trust and I'll be going back there for all my car repair needs.
