This was the best experience I have ever had with dealing with car repairs. I cant explain how much I hate dealing with car stuff in general, but BMS made the process simple, stress free and easy! The time and care that was taken with me and my car was above and beyond what you can usually expect from any car repair shop or dealership. I learned a lot in the process and now will not hesitate to call the BMS team if my car is in need of repairs. I would deck this team up against the folks at BMW any day...and they are much nicer too! Thanks so Much!

I can't tell you how happy I was to hear that you have opened a shop and you now accept other luxury cars... Just in time to continue caring for my Lexus!!! Excellent service, I had Phillip out today. This company is friendly, professional, and straightforward about what you need and don't need for your BMW. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW.

I have got to say I am surprised about the comment the young lady left for Phillip and his wonderful company. If you have a BMW, use no one else!!!!! They are the only ones I trust to work on my BMW. I have never been treated so well and respected. I am a single woman who most dealers would take advantage of. These guys fix only the problem and don't create others. Phillip is always sure to come out personally and deal with a situation if he needs to. And YES, these guys are BMW certified. The convenience and the reasonable prices are hard for anyone else to compete with. Again, I will repeat, "USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU OWN A BMW".

Terrible service, go to a real shop or dealership. Servicing your car in a garage at your home is not the way to service a vehicle. The prices are the same price as any other dealer. The technicians are not BMW certified. They will tell you they are and they are at minimum 5 years expired as BMW certified technicians. Pay the extra money, use the dealership.

By sheer luck a friend who doesn't even have a bmw recommended them a few years back. I've used them for every service on several cars now. I cannot stress how great this company is to work with. It can be really difficult to find a good mechanic, let alone one that will come to you wherever you are! I keep several of their cards in my car with me to pass along to other BMW owners I might run into.

This group was recommended to me by a friend. Wow what a great discovery and resource. I am a one car household, so dropping a car off for service is always difficult around my schedule. Having the option for Mobile BMW car repair at my home/office was really perfect for me. The lady who took my original service call walked me through everything very professionally and Philip the BMW technician closed the deal with great service at fair price. I even got an email the next day outling the overall computer diagnostic findings & suggested future routine maintenance that I might want to perform with a quoted price estimate. That really gave me comfort knowing what routine repairs I might budget for in the coming year. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again.
