BMS is a life saver! I had some damage to my tire, tire rod, mount etc...... they not only repaired my car like new but in a short time frame. They kept me updated with the progress, they are always friendly and they give really good solid suggestions and reasonably priced which is truly a blessing!!! After finding out that because I am the second owner of my 2016 BMW 428i, I was no longer eligible for the maintenance agreement that the original owner purchased, I found myself looking for a less expensive alternative to the dealer. I am so glad that I found this place. They generally cost less than the dealer, although it is stili a BMW, but on some level, I trust them more. They definitely want to be a partner in keeping your BMW in top shape. You are always welcome to watch and ask questions. As long as my car needs a mechanic, and it is on my dime, it will be taken here.

I have taken my BMW here for years and they never disappoint. Phillip is an awesome master mechanic. He & his staff seem to genuinely care & are honest, quick, & efficient. No matter how busy they are, they take time to tend to their clients' needs & concerns. They're always more than happy to answer any questions that I have & I never feel rushed or treated like anything less than family. Their prices are also fairly lower than many (all that I've checked) of the other BMW specialty shops & dealerships in the area. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Stupid service and worst people I have ever seen. They charge without working anything. Even if I get free service I would not go ever to see their face. Bad human. They don't have any business ethic/ morality

I stopped by here after arriving from deployment it was hot outside couldn't bear it. Thomas offered me a chair and two bottles of water, thanked me for my service and asked if I had a charger to charge my phone which was actually what had brought me to the office. Nice guys with great guests service, this alone make me felt nourished, respected and cared for. I love you guys and I'll definitely share this hospitable experience to all military veterans around.
