I discovered Bimmer Motor Specialist aboot 3 years ago. Philip, the owner, is trustworthy and dependable and his technicians are friendly and engaging. I have driven my Beamer almost 50 miles to BMS to have my car serviced for two reasons, quality service in their repairs and excellent customer service. Quite honestly, I don't think you could find better service, at a substantially reduced rate when compared to the BMW Dealerships in the DFW - Metroplex, and certainly not when compared to non-dealership European and luxury repair shops. I am currently in another state and had to have my Beamer serviced by the local BMW Dealership and a local repair shop and both experiences had me longing for BIMMER MOTOR SPECIALISTS!

Phillip and his staff at Bimmer Mobile Specialist are truly the best in the business!! Philip has worked on my car for years and I trust him completely. Not only is he an excellent mechanic, but he is a patient and honest man who truly cares for his customers. Thanks to Bimmer for keeping me motoring!!

I have taken my BMW here for years and they never disappoint. Phillip is an awesome master mechanic. He & his staff seem to genuinely care & are honest, quick, & very efficient. No matter how busy they are, they take time to tend to their clients’ needs & concerns. They’re always more than happy to answer any questions that I have & I never feel rushed or treated like anything less than family. Their prices are also fairly lower than many (all that I’ve checked) of the other BMW specialty shops & dealerships in the dfw area. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Phil and team have services my BMW and my daughters for over 10 years. Great service. I appreciate their honest evaluation of a service or repair, tell you what really needs to be done and do it right the first time. Definitely my go-to service shop for BMW.

After spending thousands of dollars at the dealership to have work done and still getting my car back only to find that the problem hadn’t been fixed, we found this place and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING!! They found the issue in no time at all and while they were at it gave a list of issues they recommended we follow up on. I work right across the street from this shop and my car battery died as I was trying to leave work. I walked across the street for help and the lady in the front office was so nice! The gentleman walked with me to my car and gave me a jump to get to the nearest auto zone! I could only imagine that if were actually a customer! Super nice people who helped someone when they weren’t even obligated!

BMS is a life saver! I had some damage to my tire, tire rod, mount etc...... they not only repaired my car like new but in a short time frame. They kept me updated with the progress, they are always friendly and they give really good solid suggestions and reasonably priced which is truly a blessing!!! After finding out that because I am the second owner of my 2016 BMW 428i, I was no longer eligible for the maintenance agreement that the original owner purchased, I found myself looking for a less expensive alternative to the dealer. I am so glad that I found this place. They generally cost less than the dealer, although it is stili a BMW, but on some level, I trust them more. They definitely want to be a partner in keeping your BMW in top shape. You are always welcome to watch and ask questions. As long as my car needs a mechanic, and it is on my dime, it will be taken here.
