A job well done. I gave my car regarding a wheel alignment issue. The car was inspected to check if there was something else that is wrong too. And then once the service is completed, I was given a detailed explanation with visualizations as to what happened, how was it before and how is it now. It was also explained to me why this would happen. This made me a raving fan. I'm definitely going here for my futures services.

Took my car in for a diagnostics and the guys were quick to determine the problem I was having. They quoted me within mins for the repair and once approved they went to work! Within an hour my car was ready and drove like new. Great Service Techs!

I think this is the fourth or fifth time I have used BMS, and today was par for the course, in that I was so impressed with the service. First, you called and got me an earlier appointment. Second, the service an (Robert) showed up exactly when you said he would. Third, Robert was the consummate professional. Competent. Knowledgeable. Hard Working. Friendly. Etc. Finally, I was blown away by the complexity of the repair. It made the price seem so reasonable. If it weren't for BMS, I think owning a BMW would drive me out of my mind. Thank you so much.
