The staff was friendly and helpful, the tech was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I brought my 135i in for some diagnostics in fear of needing major repairs. They had me on the road the next day with a simple fix, I’m so glad I found a shop that I can trust. 10/10 if you own a BMW take it here you will save money compared to a dealership and the quality of work is far superior.

We take all of our BMWs here for service. Although we live in Arlington, it’s worth the drive for professional work from a company that knows BMWs. Although they’re super busy, they give a reasonable estimate of the work and price and finish although on time. We’ve never been disappointed.

Bimmer Motor Specialists is by far the most honest people I have ever dealt with. A couple months ago my car just stalled as I was driving down the highway and I took it to Bimmer Motor Specialists and they told me exactly what it was (fuel pump imploded). They recommended that I to take it to the BMW dealer as this is a known issue and BMW should cover it as part of some extended warranty or TSB for this issue since my car was under 120k miles (I was at 107k miles). They charged me a minimal fee to diagnose the problem and fix a wiring issue caused by mice. This was a $13,000+ repair bill that BMW covered - all because Bimmer Motor Specialists went above and beyond and did a little research and was honest enough to tell me about it. As long as I drive a BMW (and currently have 2) I will be a Bimmer Motor Specialists customer! Recently my 328d started leaking coolant. I took it to BImmer Motor Specialists and they had everything fixed the next day. They do a great job getting you back on the road quickly. I highly recommend these guys! Craig

They fixed a heavy engine oil leak on my father in laws 03 BMW X5, 3.0. They also did a comprehensive walk around of other recommended repairs which was very accurate but we had to weigh the value of his old BMW and the price to fix everything. For now we went with the heavy oil leak, which went well. Thomas was professional at greeting, email and text of recommended repairs, timely fixing and follow up phone call to pick it up. No surprises on the bill at all. I would use them in the future for my other cars.

Always satisfied with BMS ! I have a 2003 530, although its not fun to deal with the expense related to wear & tear, maintenance - Phil and team are always honest and. upfront about repairs needed (and what I can plan on for a later date). They've looked after my car since the new car warranty expired & its still running great, at 240K miles ! I really appreciate their work, attention to detail and customer service. Can't go wrong with BMS !
