Bimmer was highly recommended to me by Firestone Automotive to fix an oil leak on my recently acquired 2002 330 Ci, and I’m glad I listened. Philip, and everyone there is super nice, and he took the time to explain my options without any sort of high pressure sales tactics. The other issues they found were explained to me, and he left it up to me to determine what I think I could tackle on my own and what he recommended they service. I really appreciated his encouragement and that he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for considering working on my own car. They stopped the leak, and the other issues are clearly documented on the invoice, including cost for them to fix for my consideration. Regarding the cost, I don’t know if it was high or low as compared to other shops but the experience was worth every penny. Overall, a great customer experience and I will definitely go back to them for anything out of my element.

Exceptional Service!!! Office staff was friendly, the repair was done on a timely basis and at a fair price. I have found a new repair shop for my BMW and I will be back. The problem with my suspension was difficult to diagnose but they nailed it. They were able to find the problem and fix it for less than the initial estimate of a full replacement. Great integrity, communication, and service. Try them!

I had a good experience bringing my BMW here. Just came in for a simple oil change on my car, nothing outside of that. You can tell they are a customer service oriented place being a smaller shop, which is what drew me to trying them out, instead of the big dealership in Dallas where sometimes you're just a number on the service lot. I also like to support smaller/local business and like the fact that they are BMW and luxury car experts. So this place was a no brainer. I will definitely use them in the future, I think the prices seem fair from what I got on my receipt for potential future service needs as well. They even gave me an air freshener as a gift when I checked out, which is nice too! Thank you BMS!

The BMW dealership turned me away because my problem was too difficult for them to diagnose. I took it to Phillip and the team at BMS and he fixed the problem in less than three hours at a very reasonable rate. I will never take my BMW anywhere else.

Philip was very helpful fixing my faulty amp in my IS250. Many other mechanics had difficulty diagnosing the problem in my car but Philip and his team continued to help me even though it Lexus gave us another faulty amp under warranty. I’ll definitely be giving BMS a call if I have any future problems with my Lexus. Thanks again, Philip!
