Called to have the oil changed in my X1, & they got me in same day & did it while I waited. They noted 2 other items with associated costs that would need to be done & noted if it was critical to do asap or not. I sold the car, but had I not, I would have taken it back to them. Elizabeth is amazing & I believe it was Lance that I spoke to when complete. Their pricing beats Dealer pricing hands down. Great experience.

The staff were amazing! They examined my car, gave me an estimate, and came in under that! The work was completed in a day versus a few days at the BMW dealership! They even found some work that was done wrong and fixed it for free! I will be a return customer!
