I can't say how happy I am that I found Bimmer in Coppell. I drive a 10 year old BMW and it runs great, thanks to the service that Bimmer has provided. Phillip is an honest man who provides great customer service which is hard to find nowadays. His entire team is very knowledgeable about cars and are very customer service oriented.

I was referred to Bimmer Motor Specialists by a trusted person for extensive work on my 2014 750Li. I contacted Phillip and he was able to describe the nature of the work and what to expect since my BMW had been sitting for some time and needed special and comprehensive work. He and Alex were very easy to discuss my issues. They made very accurate estimates and predictions on what to expect and made me feel comfortable with their extensive knowledge and experience with these vehicles. I have to say that the work they did was superb, very timely and within the reasonable and accurate cost estimates. They also diagnosed and gave me a timeline of necessary work in the future but only addressed what was vital and necessary to get my vehicle in great shape at this time. Elizabeth was also very helpful in helping navigate my schedule and their workflow. This business is professional, friendly and provides exceptional service. I whole-heartedly recommend Bimmer Motor Specialists and they will be my new service provider moving forward.
