I have been taking various cars to bms over the past 10-15 years. From BMW’s to Mercedes to mini coopers, they have always been top notch. Great communication. If your car is out of warranty, I would 100% recommend these guys.

I live in Argyle TX and I have tried BMW shops in the area and just do not trust the work and the work is not "personalized". I did a search and Bimmer Moter was 50 min. away. I gave it a try and I felt I got lucky. I don't want to give specifics because I don't want to set expectations to high, I am 58 years old and have not experienced out of the way service and making the customer feeling #1 from any service company of any kind in my lifetime. Had a less than satisfactory visit with the dealership and Bimmer was recommended. They were able to get my car in on the same day for diagnostic and completed the repair (which was major) the next day. Being new to BMW ownership, I had lots of questions and the mechanic spent a great deal of time with me to get them answered and show me some different things unique to my car. The only negative (and not something affecting my star rating) is that they are not closer to my house! Regardless, they earned my business for the next time.

I have utilized Bimmer's services on our BMW's for years. This time my wife's battery died and needed replacing asap before a trip. The Bimmer team handled the service in less than an hour and also checked the entire car in preparation of the trip. Awesome service!
